The estimated delivery times posted on product pages includes processing of orders at our facility in Dunedin, and shipping by the Postal or Courier Service.
Delivery time depends on your location, whether it's in a a major city, town or a rural area.
Order processing and shipping at our facility only occurs during business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Monday - Friday daily cut off is 12:00 noon (NZ time). Orders placed after noon are not included in that day's processing and shipping times.
We try to process and ship all orders within 2 working business days from the time in which the order was placed. We occasionally can get a backlog of orders to fill which may result in a delay of an extra day or two.
Courier Service Option:
This option is available during the checkout process for an additional $20.
You only need to use the "Courier Service" if you want tracking or delivery to be a few days quicker.
Note: International Courier Service requires a signature at delivery. If you're not going to be home you will be left with a notice where you can pick up your parcel. During checkout you can opt to have your parcel shipped to a different address than your billing address where you'll more likely to be during postal delivery days and hours.
Tracking doesn't guarantee that your parcel still won't get lost by the postal service, or necessarily make it any easier for them to locate or recover.
Missing or Overdue Parcels:
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 4 or 5 days past the estimated delivery time, please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside and forgot to mention it.
If you live in an apartment complex try the managers office to see if they are holding your package, carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
Consider contacting your local post office and ask if they can assist you, they may have your package on hold for you awaiting pickup.
If you are unable to locate it yourself and don't receive your parcel within 14 days, Contact Us and we will look into it for you and file a missing item report with NZ Post. Please provide your full name, Order ID number and shipping address.
