Terms of Service


If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will reimburse your full purchase price.

Return Policy:

If you're returning a product as a result of our error or a defective product, we will provide a replacement and also reimburse your return shipping cost. If you're not seeking a replacement and instead are just wanting a refund for whatever reason, then your shipping cost for returning the product will not be reimbursed and you will only be entitled to the full amount of your original purchase.

Prior to returning a product please contact us first so that we know the nature of your issue which will allow us to provide the best course of action to be taken in resolving the issue.


Items that cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  • Orders over 30 days old are not returnable or refundable.
  • Urns that sunk too quickly or took longer than expected.


Note: The amount of time it takes for an urn to sink can vary significantly depending on local weather and water conditions, as well as the weight of the cremated remains. The customer assumes responsibility should they decide to disperse the urn in less than ideal conditions, such as bad weather or rough seas. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure that the urn and ashes were properly packed per the instructions.  Once the urn has been utilized and dispersed it's no longer eligible for any refunds since it can't be returned.


Order Cancellations:

In the event that an order is canceled after the item has already been shipped, the customer will be charged for the actual sending shipping costs AND any return shipping costs, even if the order qualified for "free shipping". In some instances the customer may also be responsible for a restocking fee as well.
